Order Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered processing or been dispatched.
  • If an order exceeds 48 hours from placement, or has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer available. In these situations, customers are advised to wait for delivery and submit a return request in accordance with the applicable return and refund policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Email is the preferred contact method, and phone enquiries are accepted during service hours.

To assist with efficient review, please provide the following information:

Your order number
Proof of payment or transaction reference
A brief explanation of the cancellation request

3. Review, Cut-Off Time, and Refund Processing

Processing Cut-Off Time:
Requests submitted before 4:30 pm (AEST) on business days will be reviewed on the same day.
Requests submitted after 4:30 pm, or on weekends or Australian public holidays, will be reviewed from the next business day.

Once a cancellation request is approved, the refund process will be initiated without unnecessary delay. Refunds are issued using the original payment method and are typically processed within 1–4 business days after approval. The time required for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
